You know you shouldn't be eating that right? I'm just saying, you are the one who promised to do better with your diet, and look at you doing the exact opposite. If you looked around with the guilty face, then keep reading, this is for you!
Let's face it, food is undeniably divine. The smells, the tastes, and the simple joy in knowing you are about to feel some type of way. Depending on what your food selection is, euphoric even. If you close your eyes you can remember the last time you were taken to this sinful point of no return. The endorphins in your mouth begin to explode and just like that you have fallen in love. The description sounds like a hot and steamy story about two star gazed lovers right?! Well, that's because it is.
From the looks of it, I have it all together, I'm centered and focused, my zen zone is at an all time high, my elbows are perfectly even and I have mastered my at home workouts. If you glance over to the right you will see my strategically placed five pound dumbbells with the mood lighting glowing ever so softly in the background. You are probably thinking I am listening to a Mongolian chant while brewing a fresh pot of ginger tea. While some of that is spot on, let's just say my workout music is overflowing with words I cannot say around my mother accompanied by copious levels of bass.
Any workout session worth your time is going to be painful, sweaty, and it will have you running to the mirror to see if you acquired a six-pack after twenty abdominal crunches or taking a picture something like this. Gotta start somewhere so set the timer and post up!
By now you have surely heard all the rage and excitement that is Keto. It seemed to come out of nowhere and before I knew it, everyone was doing it, recommending it, or thinking about it. I know because I was one of them. At the beginning of 2019 I found myself in my doctors office being told I was diabetic and the best thing for me would basically be to go on a Keto diet. So, I started researching and doing exactly what my doctor ordered. Within five months I lost 17 pounds and I swore I was the Keto ambassador. I told everyone who would listen that this was the next best thing since the last next best thing. Yep, I just did that.
